Welcome to Coffee Nation, your neighbourhood café in the heart of Pukete, Hamilton. We bring people together over thoughtfully prepared food, expertly crafted coffee and a warm welcome.
THE CARE IN EVERY CUP
Crafted by qualified, professionally trained baristas, our coffee brings together organic medium-roast beans from Organic Hit Coffee Co. and carefully steamed milk. From a rich espresso to your favourite milk coffee, every cup is crafted with care—perfectly balanced in flavour, with milk steamed to a silky texture and just the right temperature.
OUR COFFEE BEANS
Poached eggs and bacon on ciabatta with spinach, finished with creamy hollandaise. A classic brunch favourite.
Golden corn fritters with bacon, green salad, sour cream, salsa and sweet chilli. A satisfying balance of sweet and savoury.
Smashed avocado on toast with tomato, spinach, poached egg and feta, served with hollandaise.
Golden brioche with caramelised banana, bacon, berry compote, cream and maple syrup. A little indulgence for your morning.
A tender orange and almond cake with a delicate citrus flavour and a nutty finish. Lovely alongside your favourite coffee.
Golden battered hoki or snapper, depending on availability, served with fried eggs, fries and a fresh salad.
A toasted bagel with soft scrambled eggs, bacon and spinach, with hollandaise on the side.

Husband and wife, Sreykheng and Sokphal, both bring a background in culinary arts, coffee and baking to Coffee Nation. United by a passion for good food and warm hospitality, they work side by side with their team to create delicious meals, beautifully baked treats and carefully crafted coffee. Together, they make every visit feel personal in the heart of Pukete.
Director, Café Manager & Head Chef
From leading the kitchen to looking after the daily running of the café, Sreykheng brings dedication and care to everything she does. Whether preparing a delicious meal, making coffee or lending the team a hand, she takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Baker, Pastry Chef & Barista
A qualified baker and pastry chef, Sokphal brings over six years of baking and pastry industry experience, including work in PAK’nSAVE and New World bakeries, French pastry and artisan bread baking. Rooted in a family tradition of baking and culinary craft, his passion has grown from one generation to the next. Today, he carries that tradition forward at Coffee Nation, bringing care, creativity and a commitment to quality to everything he makes. Whether baking, crafting coffee or welcoming guests, he takes pride in making every visit feel personal.
